The images below are taken from a recent loft conversion undertaken to convert the loft space into a master en-suite bedroom with Juliet balcony. This conversion was also carried out under permitted development which enabled the construction of a full width rear dormer to utilise all the existing space and also enhance the size of the bedroom.

The master bedroom is big enough to accommodate an office with substantial filing space, double bed, futon and adequate wardrobe space, along with an en-suite shower room. The décor is neutral and clean which helps to create a light and spacious feel and complements the clean lines created by the conversion.

The addition of a Juliet balcony allows the owner to bring summer indoors with the use of French doors which open on to a small balcony with iron bars. This conversion was completed in five weeks and has added both space and value to this mid terrace property.
