This three bedroom semi detached property was tastefully converted to create a beautiful double bedroom and en-suite with use of a gable end and rear Dormer construction.

The master bedroom is situated at the top of the stairs with the en-suite off to the right. The staircase is situated in the gable end and the en-suite is accommodated by the rear Dormer. The master bedroom in part has been constructed using the existing loft space and head height.

The construction and design of the loft has allowed the conversion to maximise all the available space with full head height where possible and built-in full height wardrobes. The alcove at the foot of the bed has created a spacious dressing and storage area and also houses the fire escape Velux window which was mandatory when this construction occurred.

The loft has been tastefully decorated with neutral colours to create clean lines and the bathroom has also complemented the neutral colours and wood flooring in the bedroom with sophisticated and tasteful tiles.
