This conversion, which was undertaken under permitted development, utilises the whole loft space by using a full width rear Dormer and gable end. The master bedroom occupies the full width and depth of the Dormer and the en-suite is situated separately within the gable end.

This conversion was completed within six weeks, from design to completion and as you can see is a sympathetic addition to the property which has created a beautiful extra bedroom, storage and en-suite.
